If an item is damaged or broken, we will replace it promptly. For expensive items, we are insured for damages up to $1 million. Minor accidents (such as broken wine glasses or vacuum-damaged charging cords) are handled quickly, with replacements shipped directly to the client. Please take photos of any damage and inform the housekeeper on-site.
We are open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM. While we offer Sunday appointments, the office is closed. We observe holidays, including July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day, and we close at noon on Christmas Eve.
